What are you thoughts on non medically necessary human inhancements?

As the first gene edited ehanced humans, Lulu and Nana, are to turn six this year and given Neuralink’s recent announcement of human trials, what do you think about technologies that aim to ehance humans? Do you have ethical concerns?
