Hi! I have a friend who everytime I go out with does not take phoros with me. She will take photos of our cups, food, ect but never of me. I took a photo of us 2 years ago and she didnt ask to take a photo back. I dont want to make it a big deal and havent told her anything but its a small thing that I always notice. Am I ugly? Does she not want to be friends? But also she is the one always inviting me to go out so I dont know.

ask like hey let’s take some pics together we look so cute or whatever and see how she responds then. I go out w my friends and at the end of the night and look back on how we don’t really have any photos together but we do have food pics ticket pics etc
I think something else is going on and I wouldn’t pressure her to take a picture of you. I would make more friends though…
I don’t really take photos of people bc I don’t want them to think I’m creepy.
I think it’s possible you are experiencing the social media phenomenon where people feel like they need to share proof of every one of their friendships online, “pics or it didn’t happen”. Like try to notice what you’re thinking when you see pictures of other people doing things, whether you’re comparing your life to what you see, etc
