I 26M don’t do a whole lot on the weekends. If there is anything that I have to get done (Laundry, chores, meal prep etc) Otherwise all I do is take naps or watch tv. Its frustrating because I have hobbies that I like to do. I just don’t ever have the energy to do them without wanting to take a nap.

There are a couple of things that I think are contributing but any other tips would be great.

1) stress- I have been under a lot of stress recently.

2) poor sleep schedule. I have more energy at night then I do during the day. So I tend to stay up late, until 12 or 1am a lot of the time. I also have nights where I just cannot sleep and stay awake all night.

Any ideas? I really would like to fix this. Both my sleep schedule and my energy levels.
