I want to have deeper conversations with people, but my interests seldom align with others’. I am not interested most normal things, and instead in a collection of obscure interests. So when I try to have a conversation with someone, it goes well, but I only end up talking about the current situation. “Great weather today…”
How can I fix this? I try to talk to people about what they like, but either its not interesting, or I have nothing to add to the topic.
