TLDR: I heard some unflattering rumors about the guy I’ve been sleeping with and I’m not sure what to believe.
I (22F) have been hooking up with this guy (25M) for a little while now, he has always been a gentleman to me and makes sure I’m comfortable, we both know we don’t want anything serious and are just having fun and enjoying each other’s company, yesterday I came across a post about him in a local “are we dating the same guy” facebook group and all of the comments were not flattering for him, some like “sleeps around” and “flirts with everyone” I understand being red flags but since I’m not trying to date the guy I don’t see an issue, the one really concerning comment was “tries to fw underage girls”, I confronted him about the post and he said it’s all rumors his ex and her friends have made up, I find myself wanting to believe him because he has done nothing to personally make me feel otherwise but I am conflicted, is it possible he is telling the truth or am I being manipulated?
