I currently have some kind of cold/flu and had strep about a month ago… sometimes life is rough.

When you are ill what is your go-to remedy to get back in tip-top shape as quickly as possible?

Currently I am drinking lots of water, tea, and fruit/vegetable smoothies (god bless doordash even if it is expensive). Trying to eat but not hungry at all and taking standard over-the-counter meds (cough suppressant, expectorant, nasal decongestant, and a big dose of acetaminophen all-in-one). Oh, and I slept for probably 20h of the past 24h (intermittently).

Other than that, just waiting it out…
