I don’t talk about things I don’t know perfectly.

I don’t talk about topics I don’t know very very well. Obviously, I can’t know anything, so my conversation topics are extremely scarce. When I hear someone talking about something, I assume they are perfectly competent and have a deep knowledge of what they are talking about. Please help me.
