My wife and I have been together for 10 years, married 3. I snore and it’s causing issues that I’m not sure how to resolve.

My snoring has apparently gotten louder, or she’s just getting tired of it. My wife is a very light sleeper and I am not. I’ve tried a lot of the basic snoring solutions with no luck. Tried a ENT and they were no help. Going to get another opinion though, and will continue to try to find a solution. But they ruled out apnea at least.

My wife would wake me up 4-5 times a night to tell me I was snoring too loud. I’d change positions but no luck. I was not sleeping well and neither was she. I started feeling bad so for 2 years I’ve been sleeping on the sofa most nights. I don’t like it and neither does she, but we’re each sleeping through the night. I’ve suggested the idea of separate beds and bedrooms but she doesn’t like that idea. I don’t love it either but we’re arguing less and each sleeping more.

Sorry long post I know, but has anyone else had similar snoring/sleeping ssues? Was curious if anyone had any tips or solutions that worked for them?
