Im going off to college pretty soon and Im curious what people think are crucial maintenance/repair skills. Im pretty good at putting furniture together or changing a tire type stuff but what sort of shit will save me money and ensure that I am that much more self sufficient?
Im thinking in the vein of mild car/electrical/plumbing maintenance. I want to make sure i can save some money, help out friends/girlfriends if they have a broken something or other, be more self sufficient, have a better idea of what to do in an emergency.
