You hear people saying that one Tesco (or Asda, or Morrisons or whatever) is good, always has full stock, has a nice range, while another is empty, low on stock, run down.
How much of that is due to the local manager or management team at any given supermarket? Can a good manager make a bad store good? Can a bad manager run down an otherwise good store?
