Im a 27m and over the last 6 or so months Ive been really putting effort to overcome my social anxiety. For me this looks like cutting down on alcohol, and pushing myself to socialize more often. My social life as of late has consisted of one meet up on the weekend with 2 of my friends, and a couple meet ups throught the week with another buddy just to shoot the shit.

So essentially I have 3 good friends and thats it, which tbh I never thought was odd but everytime I hang out with the 2 friends, they talk about all the people contacting/people they know and It makes me feel like ill never overcome my social issues. When I hang out with them both of them are regularly texting/snapping multiple people, while my phone is dead 😆. I kinda makes me feel like a loser but on the other hand I dont really get the point of talking to so many people.

What is yalls experience with social life? And how do you improve your social life?
