When I meet someone or talk to them I’m always thinking about presenting myself properly, or being funny, or being interesting and cool and well-mannered and sociable and open and amazing and good… I never think about whether I like the person or not, and this ends up building a sort of wall between me and the other person because it feels like I’m an impenetrable wall of fakeness. How do I learn to fix this?

  1. Practice not putting on any sort of act for people. Let it come naturally, even if ur not in the best mood.

  2. Authenticity is hard but can be learned like a skill. Focus on using your creative mind and imagination.
