Not the prime minister. We know that France has president Macron and Ukraine has Zelenskyy, Belarus has Colonel Lukashenko, but they are often ignored outside these examples.

I hear for instance that the president of Italy can make some pretty critical choices about which coalition to try taking to form the council of ministers, Czech presidents make interesting choices about who to name as judges and tried to form a government in 2013, and Ireland’s Higgins might as well have a fanclub for being so popular.
