when I’m in a conversation/argument with someone who is very witty, they just keep talking over me and they have good comebacks and I just keep saying the same thing over and over because it’s hard to think of things as fast as the rate they are going

I always end up going quiet sometimes because my mind goes blank and I can’t think of what to say, its very hard to keep up with them, what should I do?
