I (22f) have a crush on a guy (24) whom I work with. It’s a big company (about 1000 employees) and we don’t work together as we’re in different departments.
I met him on my first day and liked him from the beginning. We talk from time to time, but we don’t see each other often.
A few days ago, we matched on the dating app and texted a little bit. He might have wanted to make a suggestion that we could meet, but I didn’t catch it then and changed a topic. Then I deleted the app cause I was tired of it and followed him on ig, he followed me back. And now comes the silence.
Now I’m not sure if I should reach out to him or what. I don’t want to look needy or something. I also like when a guy makes the first move.
