I’m from Russia originally, lived in the US as an exchange student for a year, and have been living in Australia for four years. I’ve studied the US government on my own as a hobby and in my US high school, but now that some time has passed I don’t even remember what a president is supposed to do. He’s head of the executive branch, but with the iron triangle he can’t make any unchecked decisions on his own, right? So what exactly makes a president good at his job? His leadership and oratory skills? The ability to strategize? To be displomatic?
