Is there any way to make this problem go away?! 😭 my boyfriend says it’s just because I need practice. Idk, I always end up feeling nervous socially, even around people who are cool and accepting. Like, I just want to be chill and confident. I’m trying meditation, breathing exercises, supplements, positive self-talk and mantras, anything to get me in a calm carefree/unserious headspace. But I swear once I start talking longer than 5 seconds I can feel my face start to heat up. What should I do? Will it ever get better? 🥲
