Been married for 17 years, and have a somewhat healthy sex life. We have our moments of dry spells. But like the title says, my wife orgasms rather quickly, 3-4 minutes tops most of the time. She orgasms hard too, to the point of her pushing me out because it gets ticklish, and wants me to orgasm with her. All this to say that she wants to venture into some other stuff like rougher, BDSM and stuff like that. Any ideas on how to make her less sensitive, we have tried many things, short of numbing cream. Any advice?
