Curious to know how others feel about this. I’m 36F and I’ve noticed I’m drawn to men who are close to my age (my age precisely or up to 2 years older). I just feel like it’s better when it comes to relatability; being at the same stage in life, having the experience of growing up during the same era. I also look about 10 years younger than I am – so the difference in appearance isn’t usually as pronounced if I’m with someone my age.
I understand personality is an important component. I was with someone who is 7 years older for a decade. We got on in terms of personality (hence why it lasted so long). It ultimately failed due to differences in what we wanted, and our stages in life played a large factor in this.
Anyone else had a similar experience?
