She hasn’t called or texted since its been 3 days! So should I send her a follow up text asking what happened or move on and forget it?

You didn’t say to call you so she didn’t you should have said 8pm call me you didn’t looks like you were unsure so it looks like She ghosted because she probably thought you wasn’t interested
At the most you should have said a specific time after she said “tonight” tonight can be anywhere from 6pm-11pm after all.
Also it looks like you are very unsure to call. Why wouldn’t you want to speak to her ? You mention text and then the “now?” It’s like your unsure
Why would you wait 3 days? I would have followed up the next day. Now it looks like you didn’t care that she didn’t call you.
“If you keep falling asleep, maybe it’s better if I call you instead”
