It depends tbh, but if someone were to start training from a young age without any major injuries I’d say you could peak around late 30s early 40s
When in danger
I would probably say early 30’s based on the average age of power lifting medalists, but this is a selected group of highly trained men and is not representative of the general population. In this case the average guy is probably strongest in their mid 20’s since that’s about the age that alot of people start becoming less active.
Late 20’s, early 30’s.
Mid-20s. Idk why nobody is actually answering the question.
25ish is considered to be when you’re in the prime of your life.
depends on the man
Edit: if someone only starts working out in their 30s, they will outpace their strength in their 20s.
mid to late twenties
If you work out your whole life you’ll actually be insanely strong at 28. I’m 28 now and the strongest I’ve ever been. The craziest part is I don’t think I’ve hit my ceiling.
My guess is 28-40 with good habits of fitness, eating, sleep and stress mgmt
Whenever he prioritizes strength training.
I just beat my PB leg press last month. I set it at 18, that was 27 years ago
I think I read somewhere that those strong man competitors and powerlifting guys peak after 40 (but before 50).
60 if you are physically fit that is according to me
Most seem to think late 20s early 30s. Might actually skewer lower but just like in things like boxing where the age bracket I said is considered the peak, experience and understanding probably bridge the very small gap in strength.
At 29 I understand diet, rest and good form better than 22. I think that bridges any kind of gap there might be naturally.
After 69y.
Early twenties
I’m 51 and getting stronger
The age they start strength training
If I recall correctly it takes about 4-5 years of focused strength training to reach 95% of your max natural physical strength.
So late 20s probably before wear and tear starts to take a toll.
Definitely not 15 (I can’t even open a water bottle without having to struggle first). And for some reason my left hand is stronger than my right hand..

Whatever age he is after lifting/working out consistently. You only get one body, treat it well
30
In terms of Health? I’d say 23-28. I base this entirely off of the bullshit idea that when you become 28, you start to become elderly. There is no real logical basis in this idea as it all depends on the man and how he keeps in shape.
Whatever age you decided to train for strength really.
You can still be hench till you are 70 as long as you do steroids and train/eat correctly.
It all depends when you hit your peak.
If you take care of yourself or if you’ve sat on your ass your entire life playing video games.
I would personally say my peak of strength was about 39-40.
I’m not as strong now, but I’m smarter. So I don’t attempt to just use brute force for everything
The age when he’s exercising regularly.
I’m pretty sure weight lifters who started around 18 peak in their early 30s, there are many studies on this.
Testosterone production peaks at around 35. So anywhere between 30-40 is probably your golden range for maximum strength.
It depends, there are 50 year olds that do Ironmen and Marathons and lifting competitions that could kick my ass, and I’m in the 20-30 prime everyone is mentioning.
Im the strongest i have ever been from being in the trades for 14 years. I assume this trend will continue for a little while then dip, but then i will obtain old man strength

Unless you’re Cristiano Ronaldo, probably 25-32? Otherwise 56.
