You could say the same about dentists too – my dentist says she doesn’t scale teeth for NHS patients, I have to pay £75 for a hygienist.
I have the Patient Access app which I thought would let me book GP appts but it seems mostly about selling me diagnostic tests. (I need a registration letter from my GP apparently to get the appts feature).
