My boyfriend (18m) is becoming detached from me (17f). Lately when we’re together I feel like I’m not important or special to him. He doesn’t give me compliments, never seems happy to see me, and makes me feel boring. I already talked to him about it but he always denies everything or makes excuses, and last time when i asked him about it he told me that he likes me but he’s not “obsessed” with me. Then he added that he believes a person can only be “obsessed” with their first love (he doesn’t have any contact with his ex). The only time he shows affection is during or after arguments (we only have serious arguments online, irl it never comes that far).
What do i do? I really want to make it work.
