I gave unsolicited advice to someone while being in a manic state and I immediately felt something wrong in my gut. They didn’t ask for it. It was out of the blue. It was an abstract kind of idea which may require further thinking from their side. I don’t want to pressure them.

How do I take it back? What can I tell them so that they will never think about it again and completely ignores it so that they will once again focus on their own thinking?

  1. What I’ve come up with so far (Please let me know if this will do or please correct any phrase that could be better):

I’ve been telling and showing you some things since the beginning of this month, offering them like the truth.
In reality I am not superior to you, not do I know better than you. Everything I said is junk mail. Ignore it. It was wrong to include you in the judgement of myself. I don’t know more about you and I am not better than you.
