Men, Can I learn some important life lessons from movies? Like how to act in social settings, how to communicate, how to react and how to flirt and talk with girls? I’m not big on movies, is it really worth to watch them?

I’m basically a bad communicator, reactor, flirter and have bad soft skills. Can I learn some of the above mentioned qualities from movies? I’m M 18 years old.
