Is it legal in the US to sunbathe nude in your balcony or backyard if there is nothing to block the view of your neighbors or the street? And if it is, is it considered ok or unethical since you are in plain view and literally anyone could see you?

BTW so noone is alarmed, i dont plan on going naked in plain view i was just curious about extreme circumstances.
