Dear people of Reddit, i seek advice.
My sister discovered her husband had a affair thats going on for months. First he told her its only physical but she snooped through his Phone and saw the love messages. They are high school sweethearts and got two little kids together, are together since 15 years. Obviously she is devasted and feels like her world is falling apart.
Unfortunately the homewrecker lives in the same street. She is a single Mom. My sister is seeing this woman almost every day, if she wants or not. I don’t get how a woman can do this to another woman.
After my sister discovered the love messages she told her husband to tell the truth. He said he can’t do this anymore and left her and the kids today.
I’m so angry for her and my plan is tomorrow after work i will pack some stuff and move in with her for a few days or weeks. I will stay as long as she needs and wants me.
Is there someone who went through similar stuff like my sister did? And can tell me what would help her the most? I would do everything to just take the pain from her. My plan so far is to watch after the kids and cook so she can take a time out and doesn’t have to worry about that. Please give me advice what else I can do. I just want her to be happy again. She is such a beautiful women. Inside and out. She doesn’t deserve what he is doing to her.
My sister and i are both in our early thirtys and I know her husband since I’m 16 years old. We went to the same class and I always thought only good about him but right now I’m so angry i would like to tear him another asshole. Please give me some advice what else I can do. Since 2021 my sister and I went through a lot of rough situations together. Multiple deaths of very close family members. Not naturally, not by accident.
It’s like her safety place is sinking. So please tell me what else I can do other than listening, take care of the kids and clean her house. I really would appreciate some help in this case.
