Fwb (34M) doesn’t c*m inside of me

I (25F) have been fwb with a guy for a while but he never c*ms inside of me. On top of that he is always using condom (that was a mutual agreement). So he just basically pulls out when he’s about to finish and just j*rks himself off. I find it a bit weird, what are your thoughts on this?
