I had some people come round to my flat while I was at work today to fit new windows for the landlord. They left my flat an absolutely state including my bed covered in plaster which i find incredibly disrespectful, however worst of all is they didn’t cover my PC and now that’s filled with plaster and won’t turn on. I paid £1300 for it back in September, who is liable for the damage on this? I didn’t hire the window fitters it was done by the landlord, do I have any recourse here does anyone know please? I also don’t think I have contents insurance.
