What thing used to be cheap in your country but now is expensive?

Fish eggs,I grew up where we have a bunch of carp fish, and I remember eating the eggs on bread with butter and that was consider something normal for a middle class family to have. Also cheese is the same, used to be so cheap, fresh salty goat cheese
Tourism also flopped some areas 😐
