I’m (F26) married and been having sex since I was 17. I’ve recently been just really educating myself on a lot of deeper sexual topics and communications and I keep hitting a wall that I have no idea what my actual sexual expression looks like or sounds like.
Even things like sex positions, moaning, facial expressions, seem to be just performative and reflective of porn.
How can you cultivate authenticity in your sexual expression and experiences? I’ve read a post before from a young woman who had never watched porn and her partner commented how her sounds are so different from other women. I feel like I’ve been living a fallacy for so long I don’t even know what the truth is. I’m tired of moaning for something that gives almost no sensation and twisting myself into positions that really just are for show and not experience 💔
