How do you actively try get out of your comfort zone?

  1. I live by this principle : Start to train your mind with : « if I wonder “should I or not” it means I already know the answer. »

    And if you start overthinking : « but maybe it’s a bad idea ? », it means that’s what you really want to do so fuck your fear and do it.

    Only for NOT endangering scenarios.

    And then, I gained much more from going out of comfort zone than staying in it so now it became automatic.
