Rather than resort to ye old “good” I wanted to spice it up, mainly with acquaintances/friends I see regularly but also strangers.
This is in the USA and I’m a native speaker. Not the most skilled at changing the routine up. Also do you always ask the same in response or see if the person answers on their own?
