I now like someone that my friend told me he didnt like anymore. after a while, i learn that my friend still likes her

Me and my friend are close, and i dont know how to handle this situation. me and the girl have been hitting it off now, and we have gotten close.

now i dont know what to do. its hard to stop liking the girl. along with this, i now find it hard to be with the friend previously mentioned.

any advice…?
