7. When you find a good partner. Age doesn’t really matter so much as that trust and ability to cooperate. Finances aren’t nearly as important as people say either.

8. After 25, if you are financially stable enough to be able to provide for them.

9. 15 before you go off to fight the confederates in the south.

10. Have kids as young as reasonable, late teens. That way they are out of the house while you still can have fun and enjoy life.
