I am very unfit and get exhausted, ridiculously sweaty, and cannot go for long when I’m on top. I feel terrible because my man goes for such a long time.

I feel like I am doing things wrong. I just do the regular on top position but my thighs get so sore quickly and I get so out of breath that I cant continue.

Can you tell me your woman on top/woman thrusting positions that are the least exhausting?

The positions don’t have to actually be with the woman on top, just, you know, with the woman doing the work.

Can you explain knee, leg, hand positions that make the position easier? Like are you holding onto something or using something as leverage to make it easier?? Or is there a certain way you put weight on your legs that makes it easier??

Yes I know I need to get fit and trying to do this currently!
