One of my friends parent passed away. he is in his late 40’s and doesnt seem to be handling the death well. (mentally he seems okay and we are keeping very close contact to ensure that) As a prying good friend of his I want to ensure that all legalities are handled but he frequently seems overwhelmed (Understandably) with dealing with credit card companies, banks, ect. ect. As this seems to be a heavy burden on him is there some sort of lawyer that can assist with this? I am more than willing to pay for the lawyer fees or whatever to assist with ensuring such companies dont force debt upon him and all legal actions are taken that are required.
