This post is more target to people who live in rural areas.
Do you have a 3rd place? A 3rd place is where people go that is not your home (1st place) and your work (2nd place) and able to relax, socialise, etc.
I live in Lancashire and it is very hard to find a 3rd place. Libraries and cafes close when I arrive home from work, pubs are busy and loud, parks are an options but it’s raining all the time. Gym is expensive for me.
I work in Manchester city centre but public transport after 6pm gets irregular and they often get cancelled or/and late all the time so after work I just want to arrive in my area.
I feel like as someone in late 20’s, is hard to find a 3rd place.
