So me and my boyfriend recently started having sex, and the first time we did it I bled. We assumed it was my hymen breaking because I was a virgin and brushed it off because it wasn’t a lot of blood. The next time we did it, I realized I started bleeding again and we had to stop. It was a bit more blood this time and we just assumed it was me ripping or something since it was my second time ever and he’s pretty big. The most recent (third) time, shortly after he inserted I realized I started bleeding AGAIN. Much more this time, like a little pool of blood on the sheets, covering both of our genitals, and on my hands. I got up and wrapped the sheet around me and walked to the bathroom blood dripping down my legs. There were a few clots on the sheet too.
We don’t have very rough sex, there’s always foreplay involved so plenty of lubrication.
Should I be worried? Doctor is a last resort unfortunately.
