Long story short, the pandemic derailed a lot of my life plans, and I feel like I never got entirely back on track. I’m not happy with my job and have some bad habits I want to break (vaping both nicotine and weed) but every time I try to make a change I can’t do it. My girlfriend is getting fed up and I’m worried that if I don’t get it together I’m going to lose her. But I still can’t seem to change. Have any of you ever managed to pull yourself out of a rut like this? How?
