Me and my girlfriend don’t really do anything sexual anymore and idk what to do

So we have been dating bout a year now and I have a really high sex drive but she never wants to do anything maybe once every 2 weeks and that’s not the full thing that’s just other stuff we do the full thing maybe once a month and we are both pretty young I’m 18 and she’s 19 and ik she’s not cheating but I just don’t know what to do, I do want to mention she’s on birth control which ik can take away someone’s sex drive but still but like what’s even the point if we aren’t doing anything anyway and she brings up me being horny a lot but am I too blame we don’t ever do anything not my fault yk. Any suggestions?
