As someone who’s only ever lived in New England, I haven’t seen too many of these newer planned suburb, cul de sac type neighborhoods that are popular in other parts of the U.S. In my opinion they look like nice neighborhoods but I usually only ever see people online complaining about how bad they are. What are the reasons why a lot people have negative opinion on them?
