as the title says, my friend can get very… mad over a lot of things that i view to be small or not worth my anger. especially when it comes to things in the workplace, i do try to let her complain and validate her feelings but even then it’s not enough.

then again i have a habit of giving grace to a lot of people and trying not to spite them, im actively working on myself to try and have a better outlook so im not bogged down by my own negativity.

however, i dont think its my place to tell my friend to look deep inside her and dispel that anger or whatever “therapeutic” advice because a. she probably will get annoyed at me like she has before and b. i dont want to turn out to be her therapist.

she doesn’t seem pleased when i try to commiserate with her or when i try to hand her some advice or when i try to just listen because i have nothing to say in return. is there anything i can do or say that would be helpful? thank you in advance!
