To the beginning of this year I got a promotion and changed the area and the team I am working with. My old Boss said that the new boss has to decide how big the raise should be, my new one asks HR, they said I am still in the salary range of my new position and doesn’t want to give me more.
I feel sad an betrayed because my old one said (Not written) „there is no Promotion without a raise“. So I was insisting. I get paid a little under market value. My new boss wanted ask HR again because he thinks its just fair and wanted to give me news on wednesday (this was last tuesday). Nothing came. I sent a message on thursday morning which he ignored till now. But he send me stuff about work and new invitations to meetings. Two of them are tomorrow 1 on 1.
I think he will have bad news for me. Beside not sleeping and feeling well since last week because of this issue I am highly demotivated. And desrespected because of his behavior. But also I want to stay professional I guess? So what to do tomorrow?
