I work at a call center where there isn’t many people at the branch I work at so gossip easily goes around.
I’ve really good numbers and have been working for a while but I’ve always been very vocal at the work place where I’ve went against my boss multiple times and even talked badly about the people who got undeserving promotions and have pretty much ruined all realtions with people who have the chance to make me promoted.
How it should normally go is that you just shutup even if your boss is being unfair or doing something shady, but I’ve always spoke up about it and was always straightforward to his face about the bullshit he’s doing, which obviously he doesn’t like, but I cant see shit happening infront of me and not mention it.
So I’ve pretty much ruined my reputation for my boss and he wouldn’t consider me to get promoted again, and switching carrers isn’t an option for me.
How do I gain his trust back or at least get things back to normal, any advise is highly appreciated.
