Curious on your guys’ opinion on apologizing without including an excuse. I often find myself explaining why I acted the way I did… I don’t mean to just excuse away my behavior but rather just get the other person to understand that I’m not a bad person and made a mistake. Do you think it’s just an issue of tone?
