  1. Funny enough, I just finished watching an awesome video on [THIS EXACT TOPIC](https://youtu.be/XejFSp0CV_0)!!

I don’t mean to brag or sound pompous, but I’ve been told I project confidence by people in my friend groups as well as people I meet. Being a short guy myself (5’5″), I know this is something that can easily become an obstacle for us, especially given the stigma on short men and the augmenting effect online dating has on it. Nevertheless, I find that investing in myself and actively showing myself love, as well as learning how to respect myself gave me a huge boost.

When it comes to investing in myself, I mean spending time and money to learn the skills and knowledge to become who I pictured as being a better man

I’ve always been a romatic at heart, so loving myself meant doing for myself the things that I would do for others whom I wanted to demonstrate love to.

When I say learening to respect Myself, I mean developing the discipline to do the things I would respect someone for. As well as defining my values and sticking to them above all else, especially when I wouldnt want to

  2. I’ve dated short guys, it was never an issue for me. I also know some short guys that have gotten some pretty wonderful and attractive women. I would say, the secret? Don’t act like you’re short! It’s only a turn off if you make it an issue. If you tick all her other boxes, she would be stupid to reject you for that one thing
