I keep getting calls from a company called CCS Collect for a debt that I don’t know what it is.
I have missed two calls from them as I have been at work but I have not seen any correspondence from them as I have not had any letters or emails, just the calls that I have missed.
Because of this, I don’t have a payment reference number to call them so I can’t get back in touch with them.
How do I contact them as the automated phone line needs to me have a reference number that I don’t have?
