I want some perspective please.
Wife and I got into an argument. She forcefully blocked the door during the argument to force me to talk to her. Panicking, I threw her onto the bed so I could leave the room.
I hope this is a safe space to share this. And I am also looking for perspective on whether or not what I did in a situation wherein force was initiated by her, would be considered assault? It sucks all around. Nobody was hurt physically.
