It’s so hard for me to build relationships, specially at work. I honestly just keep to myself and sometimes when people try to talk to me I get nervous because I don’t feel comfortable with them. I hate being this way, but at the same time I feel like some people dislike me because of how awkward I am. There’s a crew that I hang out with but sometimes I don’t feel like they are genuine. Idk what to do..

Try asking one or two members of the group you linger around about their interests, most people will find it easy to just talk about what they like for a while, try to be engaging by asking for more info like why they like it or how they got into it.
Sorry if these are all super basic but it usually works for me, it will at least get your foot in the door on getting to know them.
